I introduce kinds of pasta souse. First, type of oil basis. There are peperoncino, vongole and vianko etc. Vongole and vianka are clam in Italian.
Second, type of tomato basis. There are meet souse, napolitain, tomato souse etc.
Third, type of cream basis. There are carbonara, cream souse and tomato cream etc.
Forth, type of Japanese style basis. There are cod roe, soy souse, ume and natto etc.
I introduce four type of souse. However there are another kinds of souce. For example, kind of soup, gratin, lasagna, salad. (86 words)
