Ojo de gato

*HISTORY OF RESTAURANT
This restaurant is founded by Fernandez. It is 170th anniversary. This owner likes cats so he named this restaurant “Ojo de gato”. It means “Cat’s Eye” in Spanish.

*MENU

Ensalada Mixta (エンサラーダ・ミスタ)
There are lettuce, tomato and olive in this salad. It is mixed salad.


Gazpacho campero (ガスパチョ・カンペロ)
It is cool tomato-based soup.


Paella de Mariscos <パエリア・デ・マリスコス>
There are some kinds of shrimp, squid, clam and blue mussel in it. It is paella of seafood.
Arros Negro (アロス・ネグロ)
Squid ink paella. You can eat it with garlic mayonnaise.


Bacalao al Pil Pil (バカラオ・アル・ピル・ピル)
Boil dried cod in olive oil with garlic and red pepper.
Chipirones en su Tinta (チピロネス・エン・ス・ティンタ)
Boil spear squid with squid ink.


Cochinillo Asado (コチニーリョ・アサード)
Grill a piglet in an oven.
Rabo de toro (ラボ・デ・トロ)
Beef tail stew with dried fruits.
